Hiring Process

1. Preliminary Questionnaire

We ask you to answers questions via a google form.

What to expect

  • Questions on what you have worked on.

  • Framework specific technical questions.

  • Your salary expectations.

What we are looking for

  • A match in terms of what we are offering as a salary.

  • Ability to explain what you have worked on well.

  • Basic understanding of the framework you have expertise in.

2. The first call

This call will be with our in-house recruiter.

What to expect

  • Questions on what you have worked on.

  • Questions on your role in the projects you have worked on.

What we are looking for

  • The ability to explain your work to a non-tech person.

  • Communication skills.

3. Technical Interview

Depending on the position you are applying for we may conduct more than one interview.

What to expect

  • We conduct this interview online. Expect to share your screen and build an application with us.

  • Expect questions on code architecture, tests, performance, and understanding fundamentals of the framework.

What we are looking for

  • Ability to build applications that work deterministically.

  • Code quality - should be readable and maintanable.

  • Understanding of architecture principles.

  • Ability to take feedback and incorporate change.

4. Role Playing Game

This section of the interview is only done for certain roles.

What to expect

  • Different scenarios that you will face while consulting for customers - We want to know how you will handle them.

What we are looking for

  • Ability to understand user needs.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to empathize with customers.

  • Ability to break things down into smaller goals.


  • After each step in the interview process we will let you know the outcome within 2-3 working days.
