Agents at Wednesday
We are an AI-native firm, so it would be strange if we did not run on our own agents. Some of our teammates are not people. They are agents we built, and they do real jobs here. Two are running today.
Juno, keeper of the quality bar
Juno governs how we build and deliver. It holds every project to the standard we set for ourselves: sprint planning, delivery, DORA metrics, architecture, quality, and the client's experience across the whole engagement.
To judge that, Juno watches the real work rather than a status report. It draws on:
- our git history
- our call transcripts
- our Slack messages
- periodic NPS checks it sends out
- what the client says across the journey, so it knows how the relationship is really going
- how each team is performing
- whether client feedback has actually been addressed
and it keeps adding to what it watches.
Every staff meeting opens with Juno's scores, so "good" means the same thing on every project, not whatever a single reviewer decides that day. Named after the goddess who guards, which is the job.
Vera, keeper of the playbook
Vera keeps this playbook. The page you are reading stays current because Vera maintains it, section by section, as the firm changes. Nothing here goes stale while Vera is on it. Vera means truth, which is the work: keep our single source of truth honest.
More on the way
Juno and Vera are the start, not the set. When we find a job an agent should own, we build one and it joins the team. Check back. This roster grows.
