How we deploy

We send our people to work inside your customer's business. This is forward deployment, the approach Palantir pioneered, and it is how we have always worked.

A product that works in a demo often breaks the moment it meets a live customer. Edge cases, old systems, data that does not match the diagram, a team that keeps working the old way. Forward deployment is how you find those and handle them, by building inside the customer's business rather than around a description of it.

We ship in short sprints, in production, with security and data protection built in from the start rather than bolted on later. We fit your product to the customer's stack and own the last mile, the part where most deployments stall.
