Our work only helps if your product team trusts it. These are the rules we follow on every deployment.

• What we own: customer-specific code, integrations, configuration, data migration, and the work of getting people to use the product.
• What we leave to you: the core product and its roadmap. We change core code only when your team asks for it and reviews it.
• How we build: to your coding standards, in your repositories, through your review process.
• What comes back: a written field report after each deployment, covering repeated requests, product gaps, and the workarounds we built.
• What we hand over: documentation, runbooks, and a walkthrough, so your team can support the customer without us.
