Where we start depends on where you are. There are four ways in.

• Deployment team: when signed customers are waiting to go live. We embed a team with them and get each one live, connected and in use.
• Integrations and customizations: when deals depend on connecting to a customer's systems, or on work your roadmap will not cover soon. We build it to your standards and hand it back.
• Adoption: when customers bought the product but are not using it. We sit with their teams, find what is in the way, and fix it until usage moves.
• Field to product: when your product team needs to know what customers actually need. We turn what we see across deployments into specific, ranked input for your roadmap.

Whichever door you come through, the engagement runs the same way.

• Embed: we start with one customer, learn your product and theirs, and agree with you what live and in use means.
• Deploy: we ship in sprints in the customer's environment until they are live and using it.
• Hand back: we document what we built, hand it to your team, and send our findings to your product team. Then we take the next customer.
