Overview

This is how we grow at Wednesday, and what we expect of each other as we do.

Wednesday is an AI transformation partner to BFSI. We build solutions for the problems these firms have, and we forward-deploy our people to make them work inside the business, so the client gets the ROI they should. Everyone here is a forward deployed engineer, a problem solver first, whatever their background. There is one track, and one ladder.

Forward deployment is the job. You sit inside the client's business, form the problem with the people who have it, build the trust that gets them to open up, get the solution working in their systems, and grow the people around you. That is the work at every level. You start practicing all of it at Level 1, not after you have earned it.
