3. Date of Birth Proof (Any One)
   1. Birth Certificate
   2. School Leaving Certificate
   3. HSC Certificate
4. Educational Information: All Documents
   1. SSC Mark sheet & certificate
   2. HSC Mark sheet & certificate
   3. School leaving certificate
   4. Graduation (if application) certificate
   5. Post-Graduation (if applicable) certificate
5. One (1) passport-sized photograph
6. Bank Account details
7. PAN Card (Mandatory)
