A look at the work hours at Wednesday. What time you should start, and how to manage deadlines.

Our day starts between 10 and 10:30 in the morning at the office, in time for the standup. Deadlines are a reality and sometimes you may need to put in extra hours, but we don't encourage long stretches of late work (we've seen enough friends burn out); take frequent breaks instead.
