Your First Day

A welcome note from team Wednesday for your very first day here.

Welcome and thank you for choosing to work with us.

The first day is always daunting, it's a new workplace, new people, and a new culture. We'll try our best to make you feel at home. Before you come in we do an internal announcement so the team is expecting you. We will introduce you to the teams and their leads. We will have a new MacBook ready for you in the office on your first day.

You start with an onboarding exercise, run by the lead you are assigned to. It is how you learn the way we work, and how your lead gets to know your strengths. Your lead decides how long it runs and what it covers. When you are ready, your lead will match you with a client.
