### Hiring Process

#### 1. Evaluation

Your application will be evaluated. We’re looking for people who have relevant experience in managing a team and delivering large products. If we're interested our team will get in touch with you over a phone call.

#### 2. Interviews

Upon shortlisting our team will schedule interviews with you. These may range anywhere from 30 - 60 mins in length.

#### What to expect

* *Past Projects:* We’d love to know about your work. The more detailed the better.
* *Role-Playing:* We love playing games. We will simulate different scenarios and role-play to see how you handle situations.
* *Experience with Tools:* We’re looking for relevant experience with the tools we use.
